I went in to get a state inspection and they wanted to charge me $3,300 for them to fix some things and reinspect it and then pass it. Whenever I asked on several of the items why it wouldn't pass inspection I never got an answer and they changed the subject repeatedly. I refused the service and went to another shop they looked it over and charged me less than $400 and inspected it and passed it. The other shop explained to me what wouldn't pass and what parts were needed and what parts were not needed on the list from this place. I would not recommend this place.
Were sorry you feel this way however we did explain all the issues with the car as well as putting a full explanation of why we failed these items on your invoice. If you're unsure about what were recommending, you're able to ask us to see the parts and their condition. As for the other shop passing the car with only $400 spent, they would have had to overlook failable issues. We are a professional shop that complies with all state inspection laws.
